1. Information We Hold
As part of club membership, Pony Perfection collects personal information including your name, contact details, PIN, and membership payment records. This is used solely to administer your membership, event bookings, and communications.
2. How We Use It
- To confirm your identity and membership status at events (via your PIN).
- To process recurring or annual membership payments through PayFast.
- To send event reminders and member communications.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with payment processors (PayFast) and communication providers strictly as needed to deliver the service. Aggregate, non-identifiable data may be used for operational reporting.
4. Security
Your PIN and payment tokens are stored securely. Your PIN should be kept confidential and not shared with staff or other members. Pony Perfection staff access member data only for legitimate operational purposes.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing lanet@ponyperfection.co.za.
